For whom?

The project is designed for people working in various departments and positions in the food service and hospitality industry.

Why was the Gastro Balance project created?

The food service and hospitality industries cause excess stress among employees for many reasons. After evening shifts, many food service workers have trouble falling asleep. As a result, they reach for stimulants. Later, they reach for even more stimulants to get to sleep. This, in turn, affects employees' mental and physical health, affects the quality of cooperation and life satisfaction.

Many food service workers regularly use alcohol, which consequently contributes to the high level of addiction in the industry. Most of the food service workers smoke cigarettes during breaks. Some workplaces even offer extra breaks
"for a cigarette." A small cigarette is meant to give a moment of "respite" from stressful work.

For what purpose?

So learn to respond without stress to the daily challenges presented to you at work. It's up to you to choose how much you want to be stressed and out of control of your emotions.

Why learn to consciously manage your stress reactions and control your emotions?


If you can consciously control your reactions:

- This shows your adulthood, because you are able to manage your emotions, i.e. you no longer react emotionally to events. You take everything "coolly."

- You make the right decisions in a short period of time because you are in charge of your emotions,
Not emotions rule you.

- You are able to be conscious and function normally while others are already overcome by stress.

- You are a better co-worker, boss and partner because you don't unload your emotions on people.

- You improve your physical and mental health, because stress is the killer of the 21st century.
Without giving him a chance he will not be able to destroy you.

- You won't need stimulants to fall asleep.

- You will experience peace and joy.

- Your creativity and speed of information processing will improve.

- The quality of your life will jump to a higher level, as you will react more calmly not only at work but also at home.

- The level of aggression (including verbal aggression) will decrease.

What does it consist of?

Thanks to the use of modern equipment for scientific research, diagnosis
and neurotherapy, a special project has been created for food service workers.

Through Biofeedback sessions, you will experience and learn to consciously calm excessive emotions and stress to improve the quality of your life.

Preparation for training sessions

Prohibit consumption of stimulants on the day of training.

Session planning

10-20 meetings of 50 mins 2 times a week are proposed.

In some cases, however, it is recommended to change the frequency of training.
Meetings include diagnosis for stress, learning to breathe and/or working with brain waves.
